    Choose your size

    Pick by sheet count: Small up to 10 sheets ($40), Standard up to 25 ($99), Large up to 40 ($149). Extra sheets are $2 each at checkout. First review is 50% off with code FIRSTCHECK50.

    Pay securely through Stripe

    Checkout is on Stripe. You'll receive a receipt and invoice by email.

    Prepare your files

    Gather:

    • Complete plan set as one PDF (vector preferred; scans accepted)
    • Property card / county appraiser record
    • Product approvals (FL Product Approval or Miami-Dade NOA)
    • Energy report
    • Spec / product data sheets
    • Project info: address, jurisdiction, occupancy, scope

    Send the files

    After payment, send the package on the upload page: one sealed drawing-set PDF, the property card, and supporting documents as separate files. Stripe opens that page from the receipt once the after-payment redirect is turned on. If your confirmation still says we'll email upload instructions, email the files to rtad@architectural-design-intl.net with your Stripe receipt number in the subject.

    What to expect

    BC-Check examines every drawing sheet and supporting document you send against the codes adopted by your project's jurisdiction. Because that check is thorough, it isn't instant. When the review is complete, your sheet-by-sheet findings report (violations, inspector flags, needs info, with code sections) is emailed to the address you used at checkout. We'll email you if anything is missing from your submission.

    Free re-check within 30 days

    Send the revised set for the same project and the same sheet-count tier.

  7. 07

    Privacy

    Uploaded files are deleted automatically 30 days after they arrive, or sooner on request. The AI provider uses zero data retention. See the BC-Check privacy statement.

    Disclaimer

    BC-Check is an automated pre-check. It does not replace plan review by the building official or a licensed professional's judgment. Results must be verified against the codes and local amendments adopted by the AHJ.
