SMS & Text Messaging Policy

This page describes how RT Architectural Design & Consultants LLC (“RTAD,” “we,” “us”) uses SMS/text messaging, how you give consent (opt in), how you revoke consent (opt out), and example messages. We never send marketing or project texts without prior express consent.

1. Who we are

2. Why we send messages (use case)

We send customer care and appointment-related text messages only to people who have already contacted us or hired us as clients. Message types include:

• Confirming receipt of a website inquiry or $200 Initial Requirements Review purchase
• Scheduling or rescheduling design review calls and site visits
• Project status updates (e.g., materials received, next meeting reminder)
• Service-related notices (office closures affecting appointments)

We do not use SMS for mass marketing to purchased lists, cold outreach to strangers, or affiliate promotions. Message frequency is low (typically a few messages per active inquiry or project phase). Message and data rates may apply.

3. How you opt in (consent)

Consent is collected only through the following methods:

• Website contact form on architectural-design-intl.net/#contact: the visitor may enter a phone number and optionally check a standalone SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) that states they agree to receive text messages from RTAD about their inquiry or project. Submitting the form without checking the box does not enroll them in SMS; the form still works without SMS opt-in. Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions appear next to the opt-in on the same page.
• Verbal or written request from an existing client (e.g., “Please text me at this number about our meeting”), documented in our project notes before messaging begins.
• Reply keyword (if offered): texting START or YES to our business number after an initial confirmed conversation may confirm opt-in; we still only message people who initiated contact.

Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Pre-checked boxes are not used. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services; clients may communicate by email or phone call only.

4. How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS. You will receive a one-time confirmation and we will stop further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email rtad@architectural-design-intl.net or call (407) 374-0716.

Phone numbers and message content are used only to provide the services described above. We do not sell customers’ phone numbers or SMS opt-in data.
