These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://architectural-design-intl.net (the “Site”) and, where applicable, your inquiries and engagement with RT Architectural Design & Consultants LLC (“RTAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. Informational nature of the website
Content on the Site—including project descriptions, images, timelines, and marketing materials— is for general information and portfolio presentation. It does not constitute a formal proposal, professional advice for a specific project, or an offer of employment or partnership unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
Some images may be conceptual visualizations or representative. Project circumstances vary. Always confirm details in writing before relying on them for decisions.
3. Inquiries and contact form
Submitting the contact form or an Initial Requirements Review request does not create an architect–client relationship until we accept the engagement and, where required, a written agreement is in place. We may decline or refer work at our discretion.
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. Do not submit confidential third-party materials without permission.
4. Professional services
Any design, consulting, or related services are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, letter of engagement, or contract), which controls over these website Terms in case of conflict regarding the scope of professional services, fees, and deliverables.
5. SMS and text messaging
If you optionally opt in to SMS on our contact form, message terms are described in our SMS & Text Messaging Policy. Consent is optional; you may use the Site and submit inquiries without opting in to SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customers’ phone numbers or SMS opt-in data.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, text, and images (except where attributed to others) are owned by RTAD or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Project work product delivered under a client agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
- Submit spam, malware, or abusive content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
9. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (payment, maps, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTAD AND ITS PRINCIPALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT. LIABILITY RELATED TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE CLIENT AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTAD from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating to the Site shall lie in courts located in Florida, unless a client agreement specifies otherwise for professional services.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
